- Email us! Call us! We will listen and identify a solution for you. (844) 682-3368 (M-F) 8-5 Pacific help@densurefit.com. We DO need to speak to you on the phone BEFORE any replacement material is sent out.
- SEND PHOTOS! It helps us tremendously if you send photos of the inside of your dentures with the DenSureFit STILL IN IT so we can identify the issue and provide a SOLUTION. Email to help@densurefit.com and tell us what your issue is.
- If replacement product is in order, WE will order it for you (on us). (Please do not order it yourself.)
- When you receive it, email or call to schedule a Care Call with a DenSureFit Coach (help@densurefit.com or (844) 682-3368.
- Please follow-through with your Care Call! This is critical to your success. Your DenSureFit CARE COACH will guide you through your application. It is fun, you'll learn a TON and you're going to be able to reline your denture successfully EVERY SINGLE TIME with that learning!
Once we complete the steps above, we'll know what to adjust to get you a proper fit. No worries, most adjustments are very easy fixes and as soon as we have a good solution, we’ll be mailing you fresh product!
